Får ikke intonert 6. E-streng

Mest sannsynlig så er det enten tullball med strengen, eller så er det muligens du som ser feil på tuneren eller hva det er du går etter for å finne rette tonen.

I de aller aller fleste tilfellene har den tykkeste strengen lengre strengelengde enn den nest tykkeste strengen, hvertfall dersom de stemmes i standard tuning 'EADGBE'

Er nok riktig det! Men jeg ser at Squieren jeg sitter og klimprer på nå er som trådstarter sin, mørk E kortere enn A strengen..

Ingen av de andre gitarene mine er sånn...

Sånn sett er jo 6. Streng den som er nærmest en basstreng i tykkelse.

Jeg tenker også at det KAN være noe tull med/ved "nøtta" også. Uansett er helt klart det vanligste at tykkeste streng vanligvis er lengst.

In the picture that low E saddle is adjusted sharp, and needs to be moved farther back. There should be 2-3 mounting holes in the baseplate, and the low E is always the longest string length when properly intonated with the bridge adjusted level and preferably with a strobe tuner.

I guess something is lost in translation here, but the thread starters problem is that has managed intonation on all the other strings, while the 6th string is still tuned flat, despite adjusting the saddle so unusually far forward.

The discussion is about what may cause this and so far the general opinion is that something may be wrong with the string, or that the string may be severely twisted when mounted.
